The arthroStep gel insole can be cleaned with mild soapy water. Additionally, it can be machine washed at a maximum of 40 °C. The use of a laundry bag is recommended.

Before inserting, the shoes should be cleaned inside. Ensure that there are no sharp objects inside the shoe. The insole should be chosen to match the shoe size and correctly positioned in the shoe.
Instructions for Use
An acclimatization period of approximately 8 to 14 days is recommended for the arthroStep gel insole. Since wearing it may feel unusual at first, a gradual increase in daily wearing time is advisable.
Additional Note
Initially, the use may temporarily lead to muscle soreness, a feeling of warmth, or slight dizziness. In this case, the wearing time should be temporarily reduced.
Important Note
If gel leaks from the sole, shoes and socks should be immediately cleaned with warm water.
