The FixxGlove V super plus was developed for functional extension splinting for Dupuytren's contracture when, in addition to the three outer fingers, the thumb and index finger also need to be included. The two-part splint system combines a three-pronged splint with an additional V-splint.

The FixxGlove Dupuytren Night Splint V super plus is suitable for people with Dupuytren's contracture when functional extension splinting of several affected fingers is beneficial.

It is particularly suitable when, in addition to the little finger, ring finger, and middle finger, the thumb and index finger should also be included in the splinting. According to product information, the model is intended for cases of surgically or non-surgically resolved extension block in the finger joints, as well as for Dupuytren's nodule involvement, as long as no cord formation with extension block has yet occurred.

The FixxGlove Dupuytren night splint V super plus is designed to hold several affected fingers in an extended position during the night. The two-part splint system consists of a three-segment aluminum splint for the three outer fingers and an additional V-splint for the thumb and index finger.

By maintaining an extended position, the splint can help prevent an unfavorable flexed position of the fingers during sleep and functionally support the achieved extended state. The glove system provides support, fit, and even positioning.

Important: The FixxGlove V super plus is not a dynamic splint. It is not intended to actively force the fingers into a new position, but rather to support nighttime extension and functionally stabilize the existing condition.

Material Composition
Washable Spantex material with elastic Spantex on the back of the hand, durable Japanese washable leather in the finger area with ventilation holes, and a ventilated palm. Both splints consist of malleable aluminum plates with an antibacterial plastic coating.

Care Instructions
The FixxGlove V super plus is washable at 30°C. Both splints should be removed before washing.

Wearing Instructions
The FixxGlove V super plus is intended exclusively as a nighttime resting splint. Wearing it during the day is strongly discouraged. The model features a smart removal aid and a hook-and-loop fastener system for easy removal of the support splints.

Application Notes
The splint should be worn to match the selected hand side and size. After putting it on, both splints should be adjusted to the current finger situation. In case of uncertainty, pain, pressure points, or discomfort, the application should be professionally coordinated.
